Thanks, but unfortunately, increasing ports doesn't solve my problem...it
just means it can go longer before it craps out.  It is clear now that
coldfusion is holding these ports open as all I have to do is restart cold
fusion and it clears them all.  It's utilizing every available port up to
5000 and then it used a few more after that, but it will not send anymore
mail unless I restart CF.  The mail just gets dumped into the Undeliverable
directory.

Any more ideas?
