*SYSTEMS ANALYST:*

Design and deliver high-quality business systems in accordance with client
requirements and departmental standards.  Provide technical consulting
throughout project lifecycle. Create or modify PL/SQL procedures to solve
complex business/technical issues.



Own assigned tasks; produce detailed requirements and analysis documents for
assigned tasks.  Partner with business and other IT teams to complete work.
Resolve complex system problems.  Has the ability to complete assigned work
with minimal amount of guidance.



1.       Participate in all phases of SDLC (define requirements, code, test,
debug, and document) with moderate guidance on analysis, and minimal
guidance on system integration and coding. Follow the SDLC processes,
application processes and quality validation (when appropriate).

2.       Develop time estimates for assigned tasks in a project.

3.       Prepare detailed design specifications from which programs will be
written by either the incumbent or others.

4.       Develop test requirements, and prepare and document test data for
complex system testing.



Solid experience in:

·         *PL/SQL programming*

·         *Testing*

·         Experience in all phases of systems development.

·         Solid analysis and problem solving skills.

·         Database knowledge.

·         Detailed knowledge of SDLC, application processes and standards.

·         Must be a solid team player,

·         Ability to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.

·         Excellent written and verbal skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional areas of knowledge or experience preferred:

·         *Support or development of corporate contracting solutions.*

·         *Knowledge of government pricing rules and regulations surrounding
the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP), Average Selling Price or PHS 340B
calculations.*

·         *Experience with the iMany suite of government reporting tools:
iMany Government Pricing and iMany Medicaid*
