What the candidate should know:
· How to set up Mobile Services
· Who understand the R/3 stock and Parts cockpit
· Employee Stock Location integration to Mobile Service
· Should be able to work on stock movement in R/3 using mobile services etc
*Some Info on Mobile Technology:*
Mobile Client Technology (mySAP CRM) is client technology designed for
Microsoft Windows-based, occasionally server-connected CRM field
applications. These applications offer a rich function set, such as SAP CRM
Mobile Sales and SAP CRM Mobile Service.
*CRM Technical:*
Requirement: At least 3-4 years of ABAP CRM project experience with 2-3 full
life cycle experience
· CRM with specific knowledge of CRM Service and Marketing application
module, experience in Service Order, recall Management Organization
Management, territory Management
Dialogue programming
Knowledge of EEW (Easy Enhancement Way)
All aspects of the data dictionary
ALV programming, both traditional and OO
Detailed experience with User Exits, BADIs, IDOCs & RFCs
Experience of middleware and the CRM/ECC relationship
