Here is a new recipe for that popcorn that we all love............
The DH thinks is is fantastic. So do I.

SWEET & SPICY POPCORN
 
250*F OVEN
2 microwave bags of popcorn popped
1C peanuts(or any choice of nuts)
1/2C butter/margarine(just not the tub stuff)
1/2C sugar
1/4C light corn syrup
1/8t salt
1/2t vanilla 
1/2t cinnamon
1/8t taco seasoning
 
Line 2 baking sheets with wax paper/foil.
 
Mix butter, sugar,corn syrup over med heat until dissolved. 
Increase heat and cook until golden brown.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the salt, vanilla, 
cinnamon, taco seasoning.
 
Mix the nuts and popcorn together.
Stir into Carmel till well coated.
Divide among the 2 baking sheets.
Spread popcorn over the baking sheets with buttered hands.
 
Bake for approx 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Let cool and break apart.
Store in an air tight container.
 
I added toasted sun flower seeds with my peanuts. It was good.
 
The popcorn can be shaped into popcorn balls and wrapped in wax paper and tied 
shut. If you do this it needs to be done while the popcorn is still slightly 
warm I found. 
We added more of the TACO seasoning the 2nd time we made this & added 1 cup+ of 
mixed nuts..........the possibilities of what you want to add is endless...
If  you like hot??? how about those 'wesabi' peas???
