Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): A new document is created

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to docs.google.com
2. Select 'Document' (or anything else) from the 'New' menu on the
docs.google.com page
3.

What is the expected result?
A new document opens in a new tab

What happens instead?
The new tab opens, but with a 'Bad Request Error 400'

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
It's also not possible to open existing documents
