1. Open Google Chrome
2. Error Pops up in new window.

What is the expected result?
No error message.
What happens instead?
A error message is shown.

The full extent of the message is:
Could not load extension from
'C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\3.0.196.0'.
Manifest is missing or invalid
*** is the User name.
I am using Vista Home Premium and have tried to install themes using the
.dll file but not extensions. In chrome://extensions it just shows two
themes installed by .crx files.
Chrome works fine otherwise.
