You're right, it occurs on closing windows too (which, logically, it should). Super- simplified repro steps (seems to repro more reliably too, though not quite 100% -- still a little racy somehow): 1. Start Chromium (debug or release build). 2. Cmd-N to open new window. 3. Close window from the main menu.
