Hi Jerome, Could be due to memory hardware problem. Does the device ever crashed earlier with this particular version of IOS? You may issue the 'dir /all' command and see whether there is any crashinfo being saved for earlier crashes. Are you able to open a Cisco TAC case for this issue? regards,YapCHhttp://itcertguides.blogspot.com/ > Date: Sun, 18 Apr 2010 06:25:11 +0200 > From: Phibee Network Operation Center <n...@phibee.net> > To: cisco-nsp@puck.nether.net > Subject: [c-nsp] Error with restart on Cisco 7301 ? > Message-ID: <4bca89a7....@phibee.net> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed > > Hi > > anyone know this error on a cisco 7301: > > C7301 uptime is 8 hours, 16 minutes > System returned to ROM by error - an Error Interrupt, PC 0x61C96BDC at > 19:57:37 UTC Sat Apr 17 2010 > System restarted at 20:00:35 UTC Sat Apr 17 2010 > > Cisco IOS Software, 7301 Software (C7301-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version > 12.4(15)T1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) > > > Thanks > Jerome > >
