Skip displaying collaborator/member/owner PRs in the initial overview table during auto-triage. These PRs are filtered out anyway, so showing them adds noise. Instead, show only non-collaborator PRs and add a summary line noting how many collaborator PRs were omitted (e.g. "(5 collaborator/member PRs not shown)").
