vasu updated CASSANDRA-13488:
-----------------------------

Yes. Let's put it this way
25 is a token number and its assigned to some partition in DC1

DC2 also need to have 25 token that means 25 token present in two Data centers.

That means token are duplicated right?

Thanks,
Vasu

> Hi ,
> I have a question regarding token distribution in muti-dc setup.
> We are having multi-dc (DC1+DC2) setup with V-nodes enabled.
> How token ranges will be distributed in cluster ?
> Is complete cluster has completed one token range ?
> Or each DC has complete token range?
