I have attached an updated patch that adds release lifecycle content as a new
page.
[~djoshi3] Regarding the open questions at the bottom of the doc, they are
beyond the scope of this effort of product release lifecycle. The community can
continue to collaborate on those questions in the same doc if need be, but that
shouldn't stop us from proceeding forward with this patch IMO (I do think it is
important to gain consensus on those questions, but that is beyond the scope of
this ticket and can continue in parallel). I agree with running it by the PMC;
[~zznate] if you agree, can you help with running by the PMC, please?
