The analytics repo sends messages to the dev list, which is incorrect. Maybe
something wrong with github settings? Thanks for pointing it out.
Looks like in the other repos, they are sent to this address
"cassan...@noreply.github.com".
For the commit message of the analytics repo, it is sent to
"commits@cassandra.apache.org" correctly.
