Just do give you heads up, there is a huge problem in virtually all existing
Cassandra clusters: timeouts on node bounces. If we do not wait for dispatcher
threads, I recommend we use {{disablebinary -f}} for those tests. But in
general, I think we _should_ wait for the accepted client tasks to complete.
