Alright, let's take a different tack: make byteman 'quit harder' as I've done

along with my patch to [limit
waiting|https://github.com/driftx/cassandra/commit/ce94516b61e28d75aa0f39f5766257f2982056b3]
on Dispatcher.isDone to native_transport_timeout. I feel like that safeguard
is a good idea since we don't know what other behavior may cause it to hang
indefinitely.
