Temporarily bump version to 1.5.0 to test release process
ASF Infra has fixed the credentials to stage releases. This temporarily
bumps the version to 1.5.0 to allow us to test the credentials. Once
that is test is finished, all artifacts will be deleted and the version
will be changed to 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT for development of the next version.
