drivers/usbdev/Kconfig: fix COMPOSITE_VENDORSTR description
Option COMPOSITE_VENDORSTR should be described as composite vendor
string, not vendor id. This is consistent with other USB devices.
Also fixes a typo in USBDEV_EPBUFFER_ALIGNMENT.
