Tim, Robert et al, I agree, it would be ideal if we had a commons wide or jakarta wide license. Everyone seems to be pointing to Robert as the person to talk to about it. Since Robert's suggested to talk to community or the jakarta pmc I'll head off in their direction and report back on my findings.
