Just to bring this subject up again. I've always used VNI's until now, but noticed today that this no longer appears to be available.
The link on: http://math.nist.gov/javanumerics/ goes to the JMSL sales pitch. Assuming they have pulled this, and it's not just a website cockup, I think the need for a basic Complex number class in [math] just increased.
