The release itself is no problem, I'll only have to install some PGP 
software to sign the release.

Remains the jakarta-site update and the commons site to list the new 
releases. I haven't done that before (I don't have karma for the main 
jakarta site yet, I think)

I'll try the update locally and let you know if I need help.
