I've updated the primitives site at <http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/primitives/> and created RC1 distributions at <http://cvs.apache.org/~rwaldhoff/commons-primitives/RC1/>.
Can you all take a look and see if there are any outstanding issues before calling a vote on a 1.0 release? Also, this is my first pass at signing a release, so if someone would like to confirm the md5 and/or asc signatures that'd be much appreciated.
