The only delta I see b/w LICENCE.txt in [lang] and [collections] is that the
[collections] version has one extra blank line at the top which
http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt does not have.

Both files use CRLF as far as I can tell.

One space after the * makes sense to me.
