I applied this patch.
That was already fixed and commited on friday actually ;) It was just a matter of updating the maven-ant plugin.
2. XMLConfiguration fails badly with NPE if an invalid system resource name passed to constructor.

Err -1 on applying this directly, the constructor should return a ConfigurationException instead of an IllegalArgumentException.
