But please keep in mind, even if the unit-test works with this MemoryFS it doesnt mean it works with the others too.
It is really hard to test VFS. I use the LocalFS for a first fast test and sometimes it passed but e.g. ssh wont.
There is an all Java ssh imlementation, IIRC. Have you tried firing that up in setUp() and using that instead of a more traditional sshd?
