This PSA has been a few years in the making, and the e-mail trail leading up to it, if laid down, end-to-end, would probably go from the north of California, right down to the Mexican border ;).
Bill has done a great job in getting this PSA aired. FYI - the name of the San Francisco filmaker who created this PSA is Mr. Rick Baciagaluppi, and we all owe him a great deal of thanks for providing this to the organization, gratis.
