help!

I was installing Open Transport when I lost power. Now I'm getting a ? 
disk when I try to boot, and it refuses to start from a floppy- it just 
spits it back out. I'm using a Mac Classic II that was running 7.5.3 
until it went boom.

Any suggestions? Or do I have a new Macquarium?
