The countdown has begun.  I'm trying a new turkey and dressing recipe.  The
turkey has a Oaxacan rub and fruit stuffing  (not for eating).  The out of
the bird stuffing recipe calls for whole wheat bread.  Anyone have any
favorite brands?  I want something that has a flavor that won't overwhelm
the other flavors.  My son is doing the side dishes, but I would like to
know suggestions from the list.  The thing I like best about this ethnic
food is mole.  It's a chocolate-based sauce.  I might just try it on sweet
potatoes.
