Well here's what I usually do.
I take about 4 cups of water and ad some onion powder garlic powder black 
pepper and a few   Bullion beef cubes and bring  it to a boil .

I make the meatball  with a pound of lean ground beef 1 tsp. Season salt 
chopped onion garlic and cilantro and celery.
Add one eg and a cup of uncook rice.
Cook meatball in broth for 45 minute and carrots and zucchini and tomato sauce  
and lemon juice and simmer for 25  minutes
