Pecan Sandi's

I make these every year. I chop the pecans a little bit to make rolling into
balls easier. 

 

 

2 sticks butter, softened

 

4 table spoons sugar

 

2 tea spoons vanilla extract

 

2 c. flour

 

2 c. pecans

 

enough powdered sugar for rolling cookies in after baked

 

 

Combine all ingredients and roll into one inch balls. place on ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly
browned. Quickly roll into powdered sugar while still warm.
