Italian Style quiche

today I looked into the refrigerator and seen a bunch of cheese and eggs and decided might as well use them up
Got out a large red sweet pepper
1 med onion and chopped them up
1 pound of bulk sausage.
4 cloves of garlic.
Fried up the onions and peppers and seasoned them with salt, black pepper,oregano, basil and when done, I added the sausage and put in the chopped garlic, and some fennel seeds. The cheese was cheddar, blue cheese, parmesan, and farmer cheese. Which I took a handful of this and that of the cheeses and mixed them into 7 well beaten egg . Than I mixed the sausage into the mixture, pouring it into a store bought pie dough. Put it in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and will bake it for 52 minutes in my oven. The eggs should be just about set up when removing from oven and set to cool for a min of 10 minutes before serving. Do not over cook. I feel the center and if the eggs are about ready to firm up I take it out of the oven.
