[COOT] In coot -CH3 group of the ring is absent in dT

Dear all

I am using coot version (0.6.2) on Rh linux 2.6.32-279.5.1.el6.x86_64.

In coot when I mutate any of the nucleotide to dT the -CH3 group is missing 
from the ring. 

Can any one suggest me any solution.
