make check is failing with this:

the end of the courier/module.local/testsuite.txt says:
Mailbox4 Not found. Test8: Exit Status: 67 stdout: stderr: Maximum recursion level for dynamic delivery instructions exceeded.
This is on a RedHat 8 system with these configure optoins:
./configure \ --without-ipv6 \ --with-mailuser=courier \ --with-mailgroup=courier \ --without-explicitsync \ --disable-local-extensions \
When disable-local-extensions is specified, make check will fail.
