@ Fiona, Thanks for that, that solved the problem. I miscalculated the total width of the columns and I completely overlooked that the right column was outside the wrapper.
@AC I made the wrapper in case they decide at some point to center the page in the viewport. Better put it there now than having to solve the problem later in a lot of files.
