Mount a file-system
./aio_kqueue /mnt/test_aio
fails
./aio_kqueue /dev/amrd0s1f
works
I've problems with SCSI target mode (scsi_target disk emulator) too on
-CURRENT, but with both cases (serving from file and from a device also
fails).
