With both of ftp and nobody a/c disabled and the line AnonRequirePassword off

Sleeping 19 seconds... ================================================================ That is, I could have an a/c called nobody for anonymous ftp (no password needed). I could not use ftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED] but ftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED] in IE only (Netscape 7.02 doesn't work either). Any idea?
