triangulation

Hi,

I saw your letter about the cheeseboxes, and thought that you might be able
to help me out.  A guy owes me a lot of money, and will not return any of my
phone calls.  I don't know where he lives, and the only thing I do know is
his cell phone number.  I was wondering if you knew how, or knew where I
could find out how to triangulate his position using his cell phone.  If you
could help I'd really be thankful.
