It is expensive because it takes no advertising. Therefore they can say
whatever they want about things. I have a slip for $29 a year though, the
issues themselves say $39, if that is what they want to charge you, I will
scan the $29 form and send it to anyone who wants it. (I am pretty sure it
is illegal to scan the "no postage necessary" thing, though)
