For anyone who wants the hardcore regexp matching (almost - no support
for comments) any type of email including the historical ones (RFC
822) you can grab the regexp from the perl module at
http://ex-parrot.com/~pdw/Mail-RFC822-Address.html (shows the regexp).
on the other hand, I'll take the first one above :)
