------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jul 4 05:17:42 +0000 2008 ------- A spreadsheet is a table. A table in the data base is the same as a table in a document or at least it should be. Granted it might loose formatting being transferred from a spreadsheet to a data base table, but you should still be able to copy and paste directly into the table of the data base. Especially once you have the fields already defined. I never had a problem doing this with Works, which is generally considered an inferior program. Copying and pasting data directly into the data base would be a great time-saver.
