In Windows users can organize their input methods and languages in "language bar", and here is a link on MS website that may be helpful: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/cc452fac-0858-4baf-bc01-005ef3c901751033.mspx The links to "Add an input language" and "Change your input language" on that page may be helpful, too. The pictures on that page used Windows Vista as example, but I can recall Windows 2000 already have this feature, I uploaded several pictures on Windows XP for better illustration.
