If you look at the _full_ headers of the list email you get you'll see one
(probably the first) that looks like:
From [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The part between the number and the @, e.g. 'Tim.Bunce=ig.co.uk',
represents the email address that you are subscribed under.
If you send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] it'll show you how to give
the unsubscribe command with your specific email address included.
It'll be something like:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(but use your address from your header, as above, not mine :-).
