"is bound to be an faq" as in "is bound to become an faq".
Sometime in the next couple of weeks I hope to dust-off and announce
the prototype web-based FAQ system (using FAQ-O-Matic I think it's
called). Hopefully editors will step forward to maintain subsections
of it (several have already and I'll be in touch with them soon).
That should then rapidly evolve into valuable resource.
