Hello, I am using the DBI version 1.18 with the DBD mysql 2.0901 module and
perl version 5.005_03 on Solaris 8 (sparc). I am running a script that
connects to a remote mysql database. When run I get the following error:
ld.so.1: /usr/local/bin/perl: fatal: relocation error: file
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/sun4-solaris/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so:
symbol mysql_init: referenced symbol not found
Killed
This script was on another Solaris 7 (sparc) server that has the mysql
database local and works great. Does anyone have any suggestions?
