This function was added in GStreamer 1.28, so gtk4 should have a
versioned Build-Depends on that release. Ideally its upstream
meson.build should check for the required version, too.
We're seeing this on loong64 and only loong64 (among release-candidate
architectures, at least) because the new GStreamer already built
successfully on other architectures, but failed on loong64 due to test
failures.
Reporting this as non-RC because I'm not sure what loong64's
release-architecture status is at the moment.
