Looks like we need to patch /usr/share/owncloud/lib/archive/tar.php and change
require_once '3rdparty/Archive/Tar.php'; to require_once 'Archive/Tar.php'; In addition we need to report this upstream as this breaks the concept of moving the 3rdparty folder.
