gfx1151 has support only in pkg-rocm-tools in experimental. It was introduced as part of https://salsa.debian.org/rocm-team/pkg-rocm-tools/-/commit/eee434b69885ea6b9bc51b00a39c598d8f70cf17 I saw that gfx1201 was updated in unstable as part of 0.9.8~exp1.
