Dear Maintainer,

I use geoparquet files a lot. In particular, I create them in DuckDB
using the spatial extension. However, I can't easily use the files in
tools like QGIS and GDAL since the standard GDAL package does not
include the parquet driver. Is it possible to add this in the future?
It seems possible if libarrow is present, for example.
