I've already written upstream, and not only is the project dead, but
so is his Christian's email address (it bounces with a permanent
failure, <sigh>). I'll see if I can find another address, and I'll
also take a pass at fixing it myself if I can't find him.

Hi,

Unfortunately, all of the email addresses I have available for
upstream have bounced.

I don't know enough about perl-tk to fix the problem right now.
Besides that, I'm not sure I want to become the de-facto "upstream"
for the package.

For the time being, I'm going to leave the bug open, but write the
release team and make sure that the package doesn't get released with
etch. Eventually, if I can't find a good fix, I'll have the package
removed from Debian entirely.
