As this is a closed source driver, we can't fix this bug ourselves. You should report this problem to NVIDIA, following their bug reporting instructions: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=46678 As you'll have to collect information using the nvidia-bug-report.sh script, we can't forward the bug to NVIDIA.
