migrate its reverse dependencies (and relationships fwiw).
Currently, foomatic-filters-ppds depends on:

foomatic-filters (printer-specific filters).
Please check to which of those your package should have a Suggests to. Maybe
you want to examine the possibility to use "Enhances" instead.
