Bug#474086: gcc-4.2: Constant optimization for strlen() prints bogus warnings

BTW, I just tested with 
  ii  gcc-4.3                 4.3.0-3                 The GNU C compiler

and the result is the same - I get warnings, and strlen() gets optimized out.
